I love the idea of sharing your "list." It's something people have asked me to do, but I'm not there yet; I sense I need more perspective. Maybe share yours...with some interactive component so others can easily dialogue with you and your list?

How did u get rid of the anxiety? I’m going out of my mind anxious all the time. I can’t meet people, they hangout at bar or drinking

I went to a therapist, which helped. He was a "cognitive-behavioral therapist," but it felt more just like typical talk therapy. Exercise also helped a lot. I know it's a cliche, but starting to exercise regularly completely changed my mental health. It helped me stay sober and to get rid of my depression and anxiety. I run or work out nearly every day, normally for an hour or two. It's a big time commitment, but I'm in the best shape of my life and way happier.

I’ve been working out and running for 50 yrs. Sober 6 mos but the anxiety is a mfa

I stopped going to him because he closed his practice. But, I found him originally through Psychology Today's website. I think that's a good place to find a therapist: https://www.psychologytoday.com/intl/counsellors
