I’m approaching 1yr. I’m anxious crazy at times then I get depressed.
No counselor to talk to. The positive my wife and younger son treat me w more love and respect. I quit for them bec they gave me the ultimatum,quit or we go. So I’m sober, bored and lost 25 lbs. I’m not convinced it’s great being sober except for the weight loss.
