Running is not especially easy for me, but it has become a vital health tool. I came to sobriety at my doctor's request when some of my liver numbers were high - and to running as a tool for weight loss, another of her requests.

Now I can't imagine missing a day, unless it's a day when I do a different fitness activity and choose not to run. Until I can swim safely again - this virus is not over yet - I'll be out there every day. It's a wonderful way to start the day. I'm fitter than I have been since my 20s, and I'm so healthy it's ridiculous. It's a great way to feel.
