I’m going to start this week’s newsletter with a confession: I have a hard time resisting junk food.

My love for snacks doesn’t rise to the level of addiction, but when it comes to chips and candy, it’s fair to say that I have poor impulse control.

When I have junk food in my apartment, the odds are that I’ll finish it by the end of the day, even when I have plenty of healthier alternatives in the fridge.

The real trouble is that no matter how much junk food I have, I always manage to go through it. If I have a candy bar, I’ll eat a candy bar. If I have five candy bars, I’ll eat all five.

Fortunately, I’ve found an easy solution to my problem:
