I have anger issues, and I’ve had them just about as long as I can remember.

Even as a little kid, I would scream and punch holes in walls. In high school, I got into frequent arguments with classmates and even once cursed out a teacher.

When I started drinking regularly, my anger got even worse. I began to lash out at people over everything and nothing. The smallest little problems would set me off in an enormous rage.
