I’ve recently been reading a lot about office management. A common theme that pops up is the importance of establishing clear policies and procedures.
An office runs smoothly when it has clear rules of operation, the employees are well-trained, and everyone knows exactly what to do before a situation arises.
This same type of thinking can be tremendously beneficial when applied to sobriety.
